Inverters:
There are many inverters on the market. We have found that the Sunny Boy and Windy Boy from SMA have the highest quality, provide the best support, and ongoing training.
The Sunny protection box and dump load acts as the controller for our 10kw variable pitch turbine. There is no "controller" for the turbine in this case. Simplicity and reliability at its finest!
The small controller that we supply with the EBA10v is only to monitor the wind speed and send a signal to shut down in 60mph+ winds.
